Stephanie is a faculty research assistant at the Institute for Resilient Organizations, Communities, and Environments. With an interdisciplinary background in social and natural sciences, she works on both socioeconomic and biophysical monitoring projects. 

Prior to joining the institute, Stephanie worked for the Institute of Natural Resources as a rangeland field ecologist conducting vegetation and soil surveys in Oregon, Nevada, and California. Stephanie's research interests include ecosystem restoration, natural resource management, and environmental law.
